SRI Jazz is proud to announce the upcoming releases of Lost Treasures Vol#1 and Vol#2 by Louis Armstrong & The Dukes of Dixieland and Clowning Around from Johnny Holiday and Sam Most. Lost Treasures contains recordings by Louie with The Dukes of Dixieland that were either lost or never released. We are very proud of have been able to re-master and release these very important recordings. Clowning Around is the pairing of two jazz legends for the very first time. Supreme vocalist, Johnny Holiday teams with Sam Most for 14 wonderful tracks in a real classic CD. All 3 of these CDs will be available here and on iTunes, Amazon.com, eMusic and all other major download sites plus at selected retail locations soon. These are the original Dukes - Frank, Freddie and Papa Jac Assunto. We will be offering the original Audio Fidelity recordings as well as previously unreleased live recordings. Some of these recordings feature Pete Fountain and Louis Armstrong.
