Writer-arranger Quincy Jones, recipient of many Grammy awards, major film composer, and producer of such stars as Lena Horne, Michael Jackson, Donna Summer and many more (the list is too numerous to be contained here), has brought together this great aggregation of namesakes for one of the finest bop jazz sessions since the passing of the great Charlie Parker.
